“I have over 20 years’ experience managing successful marketing and new business for creative services.”
With so much competition out there, it’s vital that your business stands out. Using an integrated marketing approach, I build memorable, original and confident brands that ensure competitive advantage, client attention and commercial success.
Tracey la Cour
Creativity is the single greatest source of competitive advantage and I endeavour to bring mine to work every day. I began my career as a graphic designer but soon realized that my heart lay in the nurturing of other people’s creative talent. Retraining in account management and marketing, I swiftly rose up through the ranks to become Marketing Director of an established post production facility and one of the first female board directors in the UK industry.
In 2000 I formed Roar as a way to specialize in this niche market of advertising production and post production. My creative background comes to the fore here as marketing this industry constantly calls for fresh ideas and lateral thinking. It also helps that I understand the language of production. I can become fully immersed in your product very quickly.
My clients are global, which ensures I keep an international mind-set. But my focus is not about geography, but about brand. I love creating brand stories with clients and seeing how these come to fruition in the form of growth and profitability.
I collaborate closely with every client, to understand your objectives in-depth and work out the best way to deliver them, in an empowering, engaging way. Here are some of the services I provide:
I’m lucky to work with some of the most talented and progressive people in production, post -production, animation, design and other creative services.
“Tracey brings intellect and vibrancy to any campaign. She’s always a pleasure to work with and a good laugh.”
“I liked working with Tracey so much that when I moved companies I took her with me. She is part of a team and the more she is involved with a company, the better service she can provide.”
“There are bits of advice and guidance I got from Tracey over 10 years ago which I started using then, and still continue to use now as part of my daily working practice.”
“I worked with Tracey over a period of 12 years when I was running Stopp and had an excellent working relationship with her. She handled our PR and in that time we developed from being a small post house in Stockholm, to a global integrated production company, with the emphasis on ground breaking VFX and VR. When we expanded to the US, she handled our launch PR.”
